THE PROGRAM

Kettlebell training offers a unique combination of full-body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and agility work to build your power and fitness capacity.

You’ll start by learning functional movements, like the deadlift and squat. Master the basics, then progress to more advanced movements like a clean, Turkish get-up, and complex work.

All fitness levels are welcome!
