Personal Sessions

A fully individualized program built around your goals, schedule, and experience level. In-person training at the Briar Chapel Clubhouse, in home, or outdoor community locations.

Rates

  • 1 Session: $65

  • 5 Sessions: $299

  • 10 Sessions: $549

  • 20 Sessions: $949

Semi-Private Groups

Train with a friend or partner for added accountability and shared progress. Personalized instruction and guidance with a team feel. For groups of up to 6 people.

Rates - 5 Sessions

  • 2 people: $179

  • 3 people: $149

  • 4 people: $129

  • 5-6 people: $109

Teen Strength

For ages 14-18. Build a strong foundation in strength, movement, and mindset to optimize performance on and off the field. 1:1 or semi-private groups based on goals and background.

  • Same as for adult clients.
