We train kids and teens to develop physical fitness and mental toughness—skills for the gym, field, and life.

OUR PROGRAMS

Making monsters

A fun, supportive environment focused on general fitness for ages 6-13. Our group classes of up to 10 kids encourage healthy competition and teamwork through group games, individual workouts, and benchmark testing. All promoting physical development and positive social interactions.

THE monster lab

Specialized training for teen athletes ages 14-18. These semi-private groups max out at 6 athletes to ensure plenty of individualized coaching alongside peer support. Groups are formed based on fitness background and specific goals. Talk with a coach to get started!
